Jones Honda in Lancaster is the place to purchase a new Honda. Don't even waste your time shopping around!!!! Most important... Best Price an very professional in every way on treating there customers.

Purchased a computer there years ago. I paid for extended warranty and "in home" geek squad service. Hard drive went bad, called, they first acted like they never sold me the computer and the head of the Geek Squad department was "extremely" rude. He then said I had to bring it in for any service. What could I do but take it there? I showed my contract and they apologized for denied in home service. I did not accept the apology because by that time I was too P O ed from the hassle they put me through. They replaced the drive but "never" offered to deliver the computer even after I proved I had "paid" for in home service. I said then I would never buy anything from them again, I have not 9 years later and I never will. Circuit City went out of business, Sears will too, Why? Like this store they forgot about who and why they unlock the doors in the first place---The Customer.

Workers always willing to help. Questions are always welcome. Great people.great merchandise. Love it!!!!

So many great electronic goodies all in one place. Got a great deal on some new A/V equipment. Sales associate was friendly & very helpful.

Took my computer in to have someone look at the fuse and power supply and replace them. What a joke ! They have no standard power supply on hand, no fuses and no tech to work on them on site. All repairs are sent out to a 3rd party for estimates (2 week turn around on the estimate), then 2 week repair and return shipping ! You could end up spending upwards of 300 dollars for a 5 dollar fuse and 40 dollar power supply. Oddly enough, their website lists all those parts for sale individually for the public to buy. But none in the store! On top of all that, you need to make an appointment just to speak to someone in the repair dept. at the store. Thankfully, the H/P rep was in the store and got me a deal on a new computer. Also told me to ship the old one to H/P for repairs NO CHARGE !!! GEEK SQUAD is a joke !!

Great place to get technology equipment.
