I was helping with wedding flowers at a church down the street. They needed water tubes. Heck Brothers quickly came to my aid and let me have the water tubes I needed for just a few dollars. A very gracious establishment!
They helped me organize flowers for my dance studio's recital - they were helpful and friendly, worked around my schedule and offered suggestions to get me the best deals and take advantage of their sales. I would highly recommend them as a florist!
Heck Brothers has consistently given me quality pieces of art for every occasion. The florist that I see every time I go in, Jeff, is exceptionally kind. He loves to help you put your own personal touch on whatever you're getting, as well as his own. It is a very friendly atmosphere and it brightens my day every time I go in.
It's unwelcoming having to leave a negative rewiew! However, I whole heartedly would not suggest or recommend this shop. The manager who "assisted" me was very rude and made me feel unwelcome there. This was by far the worst place I've visited for flowers and the manger is an unprofessional snob! His cold personality made me feel that he doesn't do well with minorities, so that's a big shame! Again, I would NOT suggest nor recommend this location(Penn Ave & Park rd) and would much rather deal with some of the warmer an happier vendors in west reading!
