I brought two watches in to have links removed. The employee who worked on my watch broke one of the barrels used to keep a pin in, and had to send my watch away for further repair. Belden still charged me for the link removed, even thought they broke one of my watches, then failed to communicate with the technician to which they sent the watch. They repair took more than three weeks, and I had to repeatedly call the store to ensure that progress was being made. I was never notified that my watch was complete, and upon arrival the employee attempted to charge me AGAIN. This place is disorganized, and the staff is poorly trained.
