Rented an apartment off of jose Manzueta, he does minimal fixing and charges 50 dollars just for an application fee . my floor boards are coming up off the floor, my bathroom ceiling is crumbling, also my sink has been broken for months now, which causes water to leak on the floor and also into the foryer downstairs. I cannot use both hot and cold water at the same time because my sink literally stops running water. My heater in the livingroom has been broken since before the winter, also my toilet couldnt be used without having to snake it for over three months. I pay 700 dollars for an apartment thats literally falling apart at the seams and he has failed in getting anything fixed (besides the sink pipes, once which wasnt fixed correctly and broke again in three days) in the 6 months that ive lived here. Absolutely horrible service and way to over priced
