The first thing that should have warned us to turn around and leave was the fact someone was zip tying to front door handle together. After we were seated our waiter came and took our drink order right away, no issues with our waiter at all. While we were waiting for our order to come out, Valentina proceeded to yell at new trainee Adam in front of one half the restaurant. Very rude and belittling of everything he was doing. All this while she was chewing her gum like a cow chews it cude. Very unprofessional, very ignorant and the least capable person to teach anyone anything. There was also an older gentleman who was cleaning off tables and leering and staring at people the entire time. He was leaning over the railing while everyone was eating making it very uncomfortable to even have a conversation with my husband. This will be the last time we come here and I will be encouraging others to not go to the IHOP either.
Very delicious!! Especially the place is good and spacious.. People are really quick and although it's weekend, they didn't make us wait at all.. There combo concept is filling and tastes yum!! I would definitely recommend it..prices are reasonable.. Best brunch experience ❤️
Terrible restaurant. .
Terrible service. It took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. The waitress took our drink order. We got our drinks 20 minutes after that then waited another 5 min for milk for my coffee. The food was only ok. Everything was quite dry
First time ordering online. I ordered breakfast items but I waited more than 1 hour for my take out to be ready. The hostess asked me what did I order because they didnt have a ticket. I got my food but notice my side of onion and pepper potatoes were missing. By this time I just wanted to get home before my over easy egg breaks or gets hard. I received a $5 coupon. When I got home I noice that my whip cream and strawberries were missing. I called the store and the manager said I was welcome to go pick it up. By that point I didnt want to it was cold out and my food was cold. He did offer me 3 pancakes with strawberries for the next day. I went the following day and everything was good. Only thing is the wait. Dont good there if you want some fast to eat.
We had a good experience at this IHOP. They're sometimes hit or miss. The avocados on my omelette were hard but it looked pretty, ha! Other than that, everything else was fine.
