The worst customer service ever! I called to speak with the store manager to ask a question about an exchange. Neither the employee or the manager identified themselves on the phone with a name or a title. Just a nasty hello I am too busy to deal with you tone. Above and beyond that they assumed I was calling about a situation that was going on in the store. They never asked me what I was calling about. They just started yell at me and telling me another persons business. STAY AWAY from this horrible place! By the way the item I was trying to have exchanged was a pair of boots that had never been worn, was purchased two days earlier, and I had the originaI receipt. I just pulled them out of the box and saw the zipper was broken. So I wasn't trying to get money back or anything else. Just an exchange for an item that was not broken! If this company wants to stay in business they will need to train their store representatives on customer service and professionalism.
I will never shop there again.
The shoes are not that bad, The service was AWFUL, The cashier was extremely RUDE! I will personally never shop there again. I talked to the manager about the Cashier ( or at least tried too) it seemed like he cared more about keeping off the topic, so who knows if he actually talked to the guy or not.
